Payments once made are strictly non-refundable.
Changes in booking dates may be requested ONCE if the request is made at least 90 days prior to check-in date, subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions.
Guests can also request a credit voucher valid for up to 365 days from the payment date, subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions at the time. Guests will receive:
Voucher worth 70% of the booking deposit value if the request is made up to forty five days before the check-in date.
Voucher worth 50% of the booking deposit value if the request is made thirty to forty four days before the check-in date.
No voucher will be issued if the request is made less than thirty days before the check-in date or in No Show/Shortened Stay cases.
